My mother-in law recently moved to Crystal Terrace. She was reluctant because she was afraid of the new change and being the new person on the block. The staff have taken her under their wing and checked on her throughout the day, walked with her to the dining room and invited her to activities. The other residents have come to visit her, invited her to sit with them at meals and make her feel very welcome. Thank you for helping make this transition easier.
